We undertake repairs on lathes, milling machines, and CNC machines from DMG, DOOSAN, BIGLIA, GRAZIANO, HWACHEON, HERMLE, turret overhauls, spindles, electro-spindles, heads, repairs, and telescopic covers for machine tools such as Biglia, DMG, Mori Seiki, Graziano, focusing especially on models CTX, SAG, GR, GT, MT, DMC, DMF, DMU, and other brands. We also perform scheduled preventive maintenance works tailored to your needs, aiming to minimise downtime of production activities.
The turret undergoes heavy workloads and often requires revisions and maintenance; over the years, Satem Service s.r.l. has gained extensive experience in the field, enabling us to provide our customers with diagnostic and solution-oriented interventions. We specialise in maintaining Sauter, Baruffaldi, and Duplomatic turrets. Additionally, we repair and overhaul motors, screws, heads, stator windings, and axis carriages of DMG, DOOSAN, BIGLIA, GRAZIANO, HWACHEON, HERMLE machines, as well as machine geometries.
We supply and replace pumps from Sacemi-Gamar, Grundfos, Siemens, Nachi, pneumatic cylinders from SMC, Festo, Rexroth, glass, ball screw assemblies, Z-axis screw, X-axis screw, Y-axis screw. We install or replace protective and telescopic covers and provide glass for machine tools of various sizes. In particular, the process involves: designing the modification, preparing a customised quote (including costs and lead times), organising assembly and commissioning, and possibly integrating electrical schematics.
